Online Meditation & Mindfulness Session


A  virtual mindfulness and meditation class, on Zoom. Choose from either a live class, Thursday 7.00-7.45 pm (with free recording) or a recording-only option.

This is a guided practice, suitable for beginners, experienced practitioners and everyone in between.  We start with a teaching or discussion, continue with 10 minutes of  guided mindfulness practice and then move into a longer guided meditation practice for the remaining 20 minutes.  

Recordings stay live for a minimum of 7 days and you are welcome to use the recording as many times as you wish whilst it stays live.

Please note to access these classes you will need a mobile, tablet or laptop with internet connection and Zoom client installed. If you need technical help, just ask me.
