Meditation is a fundamental part of the Yogic tradition. All asana practice is designed to make the body fit for sitting comfortably. I am available for one-to-one sessions of meditation either combined with a physical yoga practice, or for a purely seated practice. Meditation also forms part of our Bhakti Evenings - check out the events listings on social media or message me directly for more information. We also focus on meditation in much greater depth during our one-day workshops and retreats. Check out the Yoga Retreats and Workshops page for more information.
We are not going to change the whole world, but we can change ourselves and feel free as birds. We can be serene even in the midst of calamities and, by our serenity, make others more tranquil.
HH Sri Swami Satchidananda
