Integral Yoga teacher, Chinmayi, talks about her own experiences with a variety of different traditions, explaining how the technique of Self-enquiry has been the most helpful tool in finding inner Peace.

Due to COVID19 I am now offering online full length yoga classes Live 3 times a week on Zoom. Recordings of these classes are also available allowing you to practice from home every day of the week.

Classes are suitable for anyone with a good level of fitness. If you have an existing medical condition, or have had surgery in the past 12 months, please consult your GP before starting a new exercise practice. This class is not suitable during pregnancy.

I realize that many of us are struggling to navigate the huge amounts of upheaval that Coronavirus has brought. These challenges might be financial, physical, mental or quite possibly all three. Now, more than ever we need to take care of each other, but in order to do that, we also need to take care of ourselves.

Self-care, taking opportunities to de-stress safely and positively, have probably never been more important. I urge you to prioritize your mental and physical wellbeing now, not just so you can support your family and loved ones, but so you can find the space to practice and dive deeper into what it means to be human, to be here right now on Earth. We all have the ability to spiral downwards into despair or upwards into hope. Yoga, meditation, guided relaxation and breathing practices can all be part of our wellness toolkit at this time.

So I hope you will join me, and if like me you find that your usual income has been wiped out overnight, feel free to reach out. I will gladly provide you with access to classes free of charge.
