I am offering live and recorded online Yoga Classes 3 times a week via Zoom, and a Meditation and Mindfulness group. Here are the class times if you want to join us:
Yoga: Monday 9.30-10.30 am, Tuesday 6.15-7.30 pm, Wednesday 9.15-10.45 am, £7 per class.
Meditation & Mindfulness: Thursday 7.00-7.45 pm, £5 per class.

All the work I offer is grounded in the belief that we are - all of us - in our True Nature, the Peace that we seek. It’s just that for the most part, many of us appear to have forgotten our own capacity for accessing our inner stillness.
Yoga is a great way to exercise your body and still your mind. Anyone can practice yoga, at any time in their life. People often say ‘oh, I’m not flexible enough to do yoga’ but it’s the yoga that makes you flexible, not the other way round. The original purpose of yoga is to make the body fit for meditation, so you can sit still without fidgeting. Even if you don’t want to meditate, yoga can help you to be more healthy and peaceful. Who doesn’t want that?
Meditation. Is offered by many traditions as a way to come into our own energy. In daily life we are constantly being pushed and pulled by what other people say and how we react to that. Meditation gives us space - menta space - so we can live our life with integrity and a sense of inner calm. Its not just the time spent in meditation that is helpful, its how it affects our perception of ourself and our world around us. Online Courses. Building on my work as a college lecturer, I am developing a range of online self-development courses which will be launching in the Autumn. Courses are focussed around encouraging personal growth, increasing emotional resilience and finding a sense of internal peace. Reiki. Is a way of sending healing energy into your own body, or someone else’s. Coming from a Japanese Buddhist tradition, this Reiki energy is all around us, all the time. When you take a Reiki Healing course the teacher ‘attunes’ you (tunes you in) so you can pick up the energy and use it. Its useful as a healing tool, but it will also transform your perspective on life. Reiki teaches us to be patient, to accept, to be grateful just for being.
