Hello & welcome to Key of Life

Key of Life is based in Weymouth, Dorset, dedicated to offering Yoga Classes, Reiki Courses, Healing Therapies , Meditation Training and SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding).


Hosted by Chinmayi Sarah Bradshaw, Integral Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master in Usui, Tibetan, Karuna and Anubis Reiki, Crystal Therapist and SUP Instructor.


All the work I offer is grounded in the belief that we are - all of us -  in our True Nature, the Peace that we seek.  It’s just that for the most part, many of us appear to have forgotten our own capacity for accessing our inner stillness.



Is a great way to exercise your body and still your mind.  Anyone can practice yoga, at any time in their life.  People often say ‘oh, I’m not flexible enough to do yoga’  but it’s the yoga that makes you flexible, not the other way round.  The original purpose of yoga is to make the body fit for meditation, so you can sit still without fidgeting.   Even if you don’t want to meditate, yoga can help you to be more healthy and peaceful.  Who doesn’t want that?



Key of Life is more than just Yoga...


Is a way of sending healing energy into your own body, or someone else’s. Coming from a Japanese Buddhist tradition, this Reiki energy is all around us, all the time.  When you take a Reiki Healing course the teacher ‘attunes’ you (tunes you in) so you can pick up the energy and use it.  Its useful as a healing tool, but it will also transform your perspective on life.  Reiki teaches us to be patient, to accept, to be grateful just for being.  


Its been a really important part of my journey towards Peace –  it can do the same for you.



Is offered by many traditions as a way to come into our own energy.  In daily life we are constantly being pushed and pulled by what other people say and how we react to that.  Meditation gives us space - mental space - so we can live our life with integrity and a sense of inner calm.  Its not just the time spent in meditation that is helpful, its how it affects our perception of ourself and our world around us.
